These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Desert Truck Services (DTS). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Overview

DTS provides logistics, freight transport, warehousing, and delivery services through a centralized and partner-based distribution network.

2. Service Agreement

By engaging DTS, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment information
  • Ensure goods are properly packaged
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

DTS reserves the right to refuse service for prohibited or unsafe goods.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is based on distance, weight, volume, and service type
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • DTS reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
  • DTS is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or force majeure events

5. Liability and Claims

  • DTS liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of goods
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • DTS is not responsible for improperly packaged items

6. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship:

  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous materials without proper documentation
  • Perishable goods without prior agreement
  • Restricted or regulated items

7. Merchant Partner Responsibilities

Merchant partners within the DTS network must:

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Safeguard customer goods
  • Follow DTS operational guidelines

Failure to comply may result in termination of partnership.

8. Intellectual Property

All DTS branding, systems, and materials remain the intellectual property of Desert Truck Services and may not be used without authorization.

9. Termination

DTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
